Tahun 2023 Direktur Pembelajaran dan Kemahasiswaan Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi melalui Program pembinaan mahasiswa wirausaha (P2MW) mendanai proposal dari 371 perguruan tinggi dengan 1871 kelompok usaha, 1081 kelompok usaha tahap awal dan sisanya kelompok usaha  tahap bertumbuh. Mahasiswa universitas menorehkan prestasi dengan lolosnya 2 tim di kategori tahap awal, yakni tim dengan ketua Esther Talita Simbiak dari fakultas MIPA dikategori makanan dan minuman dengan proposal berjudul Abon Tuna Teluk Youtefa Jayapura dan tim dengan ketua Rizky Dayu Saputra dari fakultas MIPA dikategori jasa dan perdagangan dengan proposal berjudul Kaos Jomblo Jayapura. Dosen pendamping: Wahyu Kumala Sari, S.Pd.,M.Si.

 

Selain mendapat bimtek tentang pelaksanaan program P2MW, penerima hibah mendapatkan bimbingan berupa kegiatan  Indonesia Student Entrepreneur Camp (ISEC) 2023 dengan tema “Making Impacts and Building The Future” secara hybrid baik daring (online) maupun luring (offline) yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2-4 Agustus 2023. Tim Universitas Cenderawasih dikategori jasa dan perdagangan terpilih menjadi salah satu peserta luring.

 

Wujudkan cita-cita Indonesia emas di tahun 2045

Indonesian Student Entrepreneur Camp (ISEC) 2023 dibuka oleh oleh Plt. Direktur Pembelajaran dan Kemahasiswaan, Sri Gunani Partiwi. Kegiatan ISEC dilakukan di Jakarta tanggal 2-4 Agustus 2023 dengan peserta mahasiswa terpilih. Sri Gunani menjelaskan bahwa peserta ISEC adalah 100 mahasiswa terpilih yang memiliki nilai tertinggi pada setiap kategori usaha. Kegiatan ini merupakan penguatan  entrepreneurship dari praktisi usaha yang dihadirkan sebagai  narasumber. “Melalui ISEC diharapkan muncul entrepreneur-entrepreneur yang mampu membangun bangsa ini, mampu mengolah sumber daya alam Indonesi  menjadi produk dengan nilai tambah yang tinggi sehingga Indonesia bisa menjadi negara maju sesuai cita-cita Indonesia emas di tahun 2045.” Jelas nya di khir sambutannya. 

Dari KMI Expo 2022 melangkah ke APEC Entrepreneurship Education Program Korea Selatan

Kisah inspiratif datang dari juara 1 KMI Ekspo tahun 2022, oleh Siti Nuraini. Di akhir program P2MW addalah KMI Expo. Menariknya dari program P2MW 2022 adalah, juara 1 KMI akan mewakili Indonesia ke ajang APEC Entrepreneurship Education Program Korea Selatan. Di Korea Selatan, Siti Nuraini mendapat juara 3. “Dalam kegiatan di Kore Selatan, Siti bekerja sama dengan perwakilan peserta lainnya dari berbagai macam negara untuk membentuk bisnis project” tutur Siti.

Apakah tekad dan visi mu sudah sama denganku?

ISEC menghadirkan orang-orang hebat, salah satunya Debora Gondokusumo. Gadis muda ini adalah CEO of Herbilogy and Stellar Women. Debora hadir untuk memberi materi Entrepreneur 101. Entrepreneur 101 adalah aspek manusiawi dari kewirausaahan. Menurut Debora, “Skill utama yang harus dimiliki pemikiran seorang pengusaha adalah berpikir secara visioner dan mampu berani untuk mengambil tindakan,”. Dijelaskan juga bahwa ada 5 level kepeminpinan dalam sebuah perusahaan, level 1 adalah highly capable individual. Level 2 contributing team level. Level3 competent manager. Level 4 effective leader. Level 5 executive.

Business Tour ke PT Ever Shine Tex

Kegiatan ISEC tidak hanya indoor, tapi juga out door yakni berupa kegiatan Business Tour. Panitia bermitra dengan 2 perusahaan yaitu Blibli dan Ever Shine Tex. 100 peserta akan dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, 1 kelompok akan Business Tour ke blibli, dan 1 kelompok akan Business Ever Shine Tex, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur tekstil. Perwakilan uncen berkesempatan ke Ever Shine Tex.
